Puja + Chai + Chats

Puja + Chai + Chat is a gentle and accessible morning gathering to begin the day with presence, reverence, and connection. We’ll start in silence with a simple puja — a mindful ritual of offering and gratitude to welcome the day and honour nature, life, and stillness. From there, we’ll share fresh, real chai made by Mark while enjoying meaningful conversation, reflection, and connection with beautiful people from our community. Chairs available. Come to chat, connect, listen, or simply observe. A space to slow down, connect, and simply be.

Breathwork, Mantra & Sound Bath

Breathwork + Mantra + Sound is a grounded Sunday evening experience focused on the first three chakras — Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus. We begin with seated breathwork to settle the nervous system and draw awareness into the body. Mantra follows, using sound and repetition to build steadiness and inner strength. The practice closes lying down with a sound bath, allowing deep rest and integration. You’ll leave feeling calm, supported, and connected.

Breath, Meditation & Sound Bath

A deeply restorative evening to pause, soften, and reset through guided breathwork, meditation, and sound. We’ll begin with conscious breathing to gently settle the nervous system, followed by guided meditation to quiet the mind and bring awareness inward. From there, you’ll be immersed in a calming sound bath, allowing vibration and stillness to support deep rest, release, and integration.

This practice is open to everybody and every body. All abilities are welcome, and you’re invited to practise in the way that feels most supportive — whether that’s lying down, sitting upright, or using a chair throughout the session. Comfort, choice, and ease are central to this experience.

The evening is designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and encourage mental clarity and emotional balance. Many people leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and deeply restored — as though they’ve been given space to breathe again.

A beautiful way to complete the month of February, this is an intentional pause before March begins — and a gentle ritual to honour the closing chapter of summer, helping you transition into the next season feeling settled, nourished, and steady.

Pilates OG

A special Pilates class dedicated to exploring the second 17 exercises from Joseph Pilates’ original repertoire. This is an invitation to move closer to the roots of the method, where strength, control, breath, and precision come together in their most intentional form.

This class is designed to be accessible and inclusive, offering clear options and thoughtful progressions so everyone can participate meaningfully. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a more seasoned practitioner, the work meets you where you are — allowing beginners to build strong foundations, and experienced movers to refine, deepen, and reconnect with the essence of the method.

We’ll take time to understand not just the shapes, but the purpose behind them — how the work was designed to build a resilient, capable body from the inside out. Tea Meditation & Mandala Flow Yoga

Begin your practice in stillness with a mindful tea meditation — a simple yet profound ritual of presence. As you cradle your cup, notice the warmth, aroma, and subtle taste, allowing each sip to draw you deeper into awareness. This quiet opening invites grounding and connection to the moment, preparing body and mind for movement.

From this space of calm clarity, we transition into Mandala Flow — a creative, circular vinyasa practice that moves 360° around the mat. Guided by the rhythm of the breath, the sequence unfolds like a moving meditation, awakening all sides of the body and balancing energy through flowing spirals and seamless transitions.

This class is a journey from stillness to flow — from the quiet mindfulness of tea to the expressive movement of yoga — leaving you centred, revitalised, and connected to the simple beauty of being present.
