Ride Strong is a 4-week transformational course running from 30th June to 27th July. Throughout the programme, you'll strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and deepen your connection with your horse through a unique blend of equine-focused Pilates and personalised riding training. Ride Strong is a one-of-a-kind training programme created for horse riders who want to build strength, balance, and connection — both in their own bodies and with their horses. Combining the power of equine-specific Pilates on the mat with tailored, on-horse training, Ride Strong bridges the gap between rider fitness and horsemanship. It’s about creating a partnership that feels strong, centred, and responsive — from the ground to the saddle.
