Breath, Meditation & Sound Bath
A deeply restorative evening to pause, soften, and reset through guided breathwork, meditation, and sound. We’ll begin with conscious breathing to gently settle the nervous system, followed by guided meditation to quiet the mind and bring awareness inward. From there, you’ll be immersed in a calming sound bath, allowing vibration and stillness to support deep rest, release, and integration.
This practice is open to everybody and every body. All abilities are welcome, and you’re invited to practise in the way that feels most supportive — whether that’s lying down, sitting upright, or using a chair throughout the session. Comfort, choice, and ease are central to this experience.
The evening is designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and encourage mental clarity and emotional balance. Many people leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and deeply restored — as though they’ve been given space to breathe again.
A beautiful way to complete the month of February, this is an intentional pause before March begins — and a gentle ritual to honour the closing chapter of summer, helping you transition into the next season feeling settled, nourished, and steady.
