Meet Your Hosts: Mark Seeto & Tammy Kelly
Mark and Tammy first met in 2011, when they opened a Virgin Active health club together in North West Sydney. Mark was the Fitness Manager; Tammy, the Operations Manager. From day one, they shared a passion for leadership, growth, and creating high-quality, meaningful wellness experiences. Together, they helped lead some of the most outstanding results Virgin Active had seen globally — and they did it with love, integrity, and heart.
Fourteen years later, they remain the closest of friends, mentors, and sounding boards. Their bond has only deepened through years of supporting one another personally and professionally. Now, they’re thrilled to reunite — this time in their own local area — to offer a retreat that blends their decades of experience with their shared values of care, presence, and genuine transformation.
Mark Seeto
Founder of The Nourishment Co, Mark brings a lifelong love of movement, mindfulness, and community to everything he does. His career has taken him across Australia and around the world — from working in finance in London and Montreal, to leading Yoga and Pilates globally for Virgin Active, and even hosting their wellbeing podcast, where he interviewed icons like Sir Richard Branson.
Mark’s approach is grounded, warm, and real. He believes wellness isn’t a performance — it’s a practice of returning to yourself, again and again, with compassion. With The Nourishment Co, he’s created a space for everyday people to feel seen, nourished, and empowered — and this retreat is a natural extension of that mission.
Tammy Kelly
Tammy is the heart behind MIZU & MORI. With a deep connection to nature and a lifelong belief in the healing power of water and time in nature, Tammy has spent years creating experiences that are both grounding and expansive. Her work is rooted in presence, ritual, and a gentle yet powerful approach to wellness.
Through her leadership of MIZU Leisure & Sports and now MIZU & MORI, Tammy brings people together in meaningful ways — always with warmth, intention, and a quiet magic that makes you feel truly held. She is inspired by the forest, personal growth, and the beauty of simple moments well-lived. Tammy spends up to 6 months each year in Japan and she has drawn inspiration from the wellness rituals of Japan as they stand out with their profound simplicity, tranquility and mindfulness ways.

A weekend to ground, connect, and come home to yourself.
In the rush of daily life, we often move from one task to the next without pause—barely noticing the moments that could bring us meaning, calm, or joy. Ritualise is an invitation to shift gears. It’s not about overhauling your life or adding more to your to-do list. It’s about creating space. Breathing room. Presence. It’s about discovering how simple, mindful rituals—woven gently into the fabric of everyday life—can nourish your body, mind, heart, and community.
At Ritualise, we’ll explore the quiet power of intention. You’ll be guided through nourishing practices and experiences that remind you of what matters—through movement, stillness, nature, reflection, connection, and shared ritual. We’ll look at how something as simple as brewing a pot of tea can become a ceremony for grounding and wellbeing; how lighting a candle, setting the table, walking barefoot, or even packing your bag for the day can become a gentle anchor to self-awareness and presence.
Rituals aren’t about perfection or performance. They’re about meaning. They help us come back to ourselves when the world pulls us in every direction. Research shows that rituals—even small, symbolic acts—can reduce anxiety, boost emotional resilience, and deepen our sense of connection, both to others and to ourselves.
This retreat is an investment in your everyday life. It’s for anyone who wants to slow down, to reconnect, and to create a more intentional rhythm in their days. You’ll be nourished by nature, held in community, and offered the time and space to just be. Everything is taken care of—nourishing meals, a beautiful environment, a thoughtful program. All you need to bring is yourself (and a toothbrush).
