What Will I Do?

You’ll begin by gently arriving into your breath and body, with soft, mindful movement to centre and awaken. The warm-up flows organically into a series of standing sequences that build heat and connection, weaving one pose to the next through the rhythm of your breath. Expect moments of stillness within movement, opportunities to pause and soften, and the option to simplify or expand as suits your body. We gradually make our way down to the mat for fluid floor-based postures, followed by sweet, supported stretches. Each practice ends with a deeply restful Savasana — a moment to fully absorb, release, and melt into stillness.
