What Will I Do?

After a thorough warm-up to prepare your joints and muscles, you’ll move through a circuit of 6–8 stations, each focusing on a different movement pattern or muscle group. Exercises are performed in timed intervals — usually 30–45 seconds of effort followed by a short rest — and may include bodyweight movements, resistance training, and cardio bursts. You’ll rotate through the stations, completing the circuit one to three times depending on the focus of the day. Expect motivating music, expert guidance, plenty of encouragement, and a cool-down to bring you back to baseline. You’ll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and recharged.
